Welcome to the rowing workouts page, powered by Grit Performance and Concept2, where we’ve turned pulling on a chain into a full-blown art form. From quick work-to-rest intervals (translation: maximum pain, minimal rest), to rowing and burpee duos (because nothing says fun like collapsing mid-burpee), to jump rope mashups (because rowing wasn’t hard enough), rowing with running (yes, we’re cruel), threshold grinders, and some longer aerobic pieces for when you want to pretend you’re training for a Viking raid.
